When You’re Tempted To Go On A Diet

In today's episode of Embracing the Gray, Vic and Kels talk about the desire to go back on a diet. 
Oftentimes when we are on our healing journey, it can be uncomfortable to not go back to old habits or behavior patterns of wanting to measure our progress by the scale. It can be difficult to not want the quick hit of weight loss. 
This is why it is so important to remember that weight loss is not a behavior, and that quick or drastic weight loss is often unsustainable and can set us up for long term weight gain.
Today's episode is a reminder to keep your eye on your WHY.
